Delete your Cric-360 BioMech account

You can delete your Cric-360 BioMech account, and all the data kept with it, at any time. Deleting cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Cric-360 BioMech and log in.
Go to Profile, then the Settings button at the top.
Tap Delete account at the bottom of Settings.
Confirm it is you with your password, or with Google.
Tap Delete my account. It is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@cogniqube.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and player details.
Every session, delivery and measurement. Videos saved in your phone's gallery are yours and stay there.
Your badges, levels and progress.
Your squads: a squad you coach closes; you leave any squad you bowl in. Your bowlers keep their own history.
Your messages to the team, and your phones' notification addresses.

Paid plans

Deleting your account stops a paid plan from renewing in Google Play. If Google Play ever still shows it as active, cancel it at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

How long we keep it

Your account, results and messages: until you delete your account. We keep text and numbers only — never your videos or photos.
Clips sent for analysis: deleted from our analysis servers within a day. Your own copy stays in your phone’s gallery until you delete it there.
Crash reports: up to 90 days.
When you delete your account, your data is removed from the app straight away, and your videos are erased from our analysis servers within 30 days.
After deletion we keep only a record with no name or email in it — which videos had to be erased and that it was done — to prove the deletion happened.
Google Play keeps its own record of your purchases under Google's privacy policy.
